  Better than most slices in NY.
  
  This place has been around more than 25 years (Uncle Sam Box with drawing is original). My first NY slice ever was this tiny place around the corner of my house over 20 years ago.  Giant droopy slices, so hot that it burned the roof of your mouth. But she channeled that anger into the best tasting pizza in the Bay Area. At the time, the Pizza Box was he only place you can get an authentic New York pizza by the slice.
  
  It was run by a mean old Asian woman. I would always catch her picking her nose, she would yell at us for teasing her or giving her flack, but we never cared cuz the pizza was amazing.
  
  The place is dingy, but now that I live in NY, I can appreciate it's charm. It really looks like a NY slice shop. I still crave the original pizza box even though there are similar options here in NY. So sad that it sold and the asian woman retired. She was what gave the place it's unique charm. So many great memories.

  Something about the sausage..... doesn't have that "Italian sausage" taste...
  
  Please change the recipe of the sausage or get a different brand...
  
  I like PB a lot! It's an iconic little hole-in- the-wall pizza parlor that brings nostalgia to Milpitas.

  We had to check out the Pizza Box as we had heard the place had sold.
  Happy to say the place still has the character and charm of the original neighborhood pizza place. We had stopped going to the original Pizza Box because it seemed a bit dirty and we were not greeted properly.  Loved the pizza but vibe was not great.
  The new staff were friendly and started our order right away.  We noticed the prices had increased some but seemed about right compared to other places. Our pick was the new East meats West and All Veggied Out. Both pizza were delicious and worth every penny!  The place still makes the best pizza and still has the old school decor I remember from my high school days.
  We will definitely be back not only for the pizza but place also has the old retro video games as well.  A nice place to have lunch or dinner with family and friends.

  This used to be my favorite local pizza spot. The new owners apparently have never been to a pizza place before, because you can't order a half and half pizza lol. I tried to order a large half Hawaiian, half pepperoni (basic right) and they said they have a policy not to do that. They will allow half and half toppings, as long as you only want one topping per side. I gladly offered to pay the price of a 2 topping pizza for the whole thing, and even a surcharge for the inconvenience of making half the pizza different from the other half. Nope, sorry, we simply don't do that. It looks like we were lucky though, I would have been furious if I got my pizza home and it was burnt and tastes like garbage. Peace out Pizza box,there are plenty of other good pizza places in the area

  Just to let you know.. pizza box pizza is not what it used to be.. these new owners use  less quality  Ingredients  so it makes the pizza taste  cheap and tasteless.  I wanted to give them a second chance by ordering  a pizza with every thing on it and was dissatisfied  again.  The new owners claim it's the same pizza as the original... HELL NO ITS NOT!
  It's cheap pizza with cheap Ingredients  on it.. zero stars for this place
